Get Guidance Through The Pennsylvania LLC Application

This hands-on workshop walks Pennsylvania residents through forming a Limited Liability Company (LLC) from start to finish. During the session, you’ll complete your LLC filing and apply for your EIN—with guided, step-by-step support throughout.
To reserve your seat, a $25 deposit is required. During the workshop, that deposit is credited toward T.E.L.P. Design Services or TenFold products. Time will be set aside during the session to review these options and provide services for participants who choose to move forward. The credit is valid only during the workshop and expires after the session ends. If you do not attend, the deposit is non-refundable. Because seats are limited, the deposit helps us hold spots for participants who are ready to move forward.
Please note: Pennsylvania requires a $125 state filing fee for LLC formation. This fee is separate from the workshop deposit and is paid directly to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at the time of filing.
